Concept, word and form: a contemporary approach to international communication of Confucian civilization in the cross-civilization context

Abstract: In the new era, the international communication of Confucian civilization in the intercourse of multi-school disciplines, multi-views and multi-text contexts in ancient and modern times, China and abroad, and has faced new needs and challenges in the aspects of communication concepts, language construction, and communication forms. The purpose of the important discussion is language and civilization transmission, international Chinese teaching. In the era of globalization, human society depended on each other and shared weal and woe, academic formats and international sentiments continued to change, and the international communication of Confucian civilization also faced new needs and challenges. In the field of cross-civilization propagation, how to break through concrete traditional research, solidified verbal system and self-component lens manufacturing, construct multiple verbal cooperation spaces for Chinese and foreign civilizations, and create an international communication paradigm with humanistic sensibility is a problem that we should focus on in the new era. Confucian international communications that are facing the world should constantly adjust and innovate in terms of communication concepts, verbal construction, and communication forms, realize empathy, integration, and career transformation, and construct open and interoperable communications, so as to achieve the consequences of “each beauty is beautiful, beautiful and communism”, and realize the useful communication of Confucian civilization.

1. Civilization and the sense of civilization are infectious: the empathy of the spreading concept is the transformation of the empathy

(I) From “civilization is self-invested” to “civilization is trustworthy”

 

Confucian civilization emphasizes “harmony”, and “harmony but differences” is the inherent gene of Chinese civilization. As the crystallization of human wisdom, Chinese civilization has had an open vision and strong cohesion since ancient times. In this old plaza in China, various civilization forms have been developed. In the process of historical evolution, with regional contact and civilizational differentiation, many civilization forms have been coordinated to form Chinese civilization. Chinese civilization has strong inclusion and vitality. Civilizations of different regions and ethnic groups continue to enter the process of contact and transportation, and Confucian civilizations also continue to develop in the mutual communication. In modern China’s development is in a state of concern and internal affairs, civilization’s vision is inclined to keeping old ways, gradually removing the self-confidence of civilization and the self-confidence of civilization. In order to maintain social stability, the rulers asked the society to reconcile the power and authority of the people, and Confucian civilization faced the dilemma of old and solidification. The preservation of thinking leads to the lack of endogenous motivation of civilization, gradually forming a civilized laziness that adheres to lack of self-return, bringing about innovation and recognition crisis, and civilization is trustworthy from the bottom of the world. Civilization is rooted in the minds of the people. Only when the people are standing together with their collective consciousness and establish broad cognitive empathy and emotional empathy can we awaken civilization and promote the development of civilized civilization.

 

The international communication of Confucian civilization begins with the need to break the energy state of closedness, systematically coordinate the relationship between essentiality and heterogeneity, gather common sense, and reshape “civilization self-bearing”. Fei Xiaotong proposed that the Chinese ethnic group is a social entity from leisure to self-consciousness. [2] Civilization needs to be civilized in a condition. Only by awakening the civilized understanding of the minds of the people can we enhance the sense of understanding of the people’s cooperation, form a unity of the people’s emotional system, and establish a civilization itself. In view of the history of the development of civilization, modern China, as a “combination of civilization”, has absorbed the civilization characteristics of different regions, emphasized the balance of civilization among various types of civilizations, highlighting the compatibility and inclusiveness of the axial civilization. It seems that as Xu Zhuoyun said, “China” does not have a border, but a border is not in the land, but in civilization. [3] It does not confine civilization to one tribe and one place, but focuses on whether civilization itself can be transmitted, and has the characteristics of civilization cooperation among all ethnic groups. It can be said at a certain level that the modern concept of “China” is important based on civilization recognition rather than borders. In this era,Civilization needs to systematically coordinate the relationship between intrinsic nature and heterogeneity, fully explore the modern meaning of Confucian civilization in different regions, form a group perception beyond civilization, and arouse the sense of civilization recognition and sense of understanding among the people. At the same time, civilization recognition also requires systematically coordinated tradition and contemporary, to do a good job in dialogue between classical values ​​and modern civilization, to strengthen the profound exploration of the modern value and meaning of Confucian civilization, and to expand the process and path of international propagation of Chinese civilization in the integration of the structure.

 

Secondly, the international communication needs of Confucian civilization in the new era to build a path of civilization connectivity, systematically coordinate the relationship between local and global, and win the “civilization and trustworthiness”. Confucian civilization wants to win the recognition of the world. As long as civilization is self-bearing, it is not difficult to bring about the phenomenon of “transmission but not achievement” and “transmission but not prosperity”, which constitutes an invalid propagation shutdown. Telling the Chinese story well, the influence and influence of Chinese civilization, and promoting mutual understanding and trust in different civilizations are the main conditions for winning the broad civilized recognition and trust in civilization. “The journey of the big way is the public.” This is a plan for the solution of Confucianism for human development, and it is also suitable for the basic expectations of the people of all countries.
